Week 1: Earth – Coming Home to the Body
Laying the foundation for nervous system repair and inner stillness
We begin where all healing begins, in the soma (body).
In a world that pulls us into overdrive, this is the moment we pause.
This session is all about creating felt safety, connecting to your roots, and reawakening the wisdom of your breath as your anchor.

Reigniting the inner fire & unfreezing old stories
The fire doesn’t destroy you, it purifies what no longer belongs.
This week we turn toward the heat of what you’ve been holding in: the overwhelm, the irritability, the exhaustion.
You’ll learn how to safely move suppressed emotion through the body and honour your rage as sacred.

This week we invite softness. Through gentle breath and emotional reconnection, you’ll learn how to be with your tenderness without drowning in it.

This week is about learning to hear it. We’ll work with the breath as a bridge between mind and body and explore tools to rebuild self-trust, intuitive decision-making, and heart-led living.

I'm Elise!
A trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, medicine woman and mother walking this path alongside you.
I guide women (and their children) through the wild terrain of healing, remembering and coming home to themselves, not through force or perfection, but through the power of presence.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing isn’t linear and neither is motherhood, but the way we be with ourselves and with our children is where the deepest shifts begin.
I’ve spent years walking myself through the fire.
Separation. Survival mode. Burnout. Emotional rupture.
Every time, I came back to the breath. To my body. I arrived in my truth that I am not broken, simply becoming.
I’ve poured my heart into this space so you don’t have to do it alone.
My upcoming memoir and methodology, 'The Woman After.', is a body of work that has been lived, not just written.
It’s a testament to the truth that there is another way, one led by softness, sovereignty, and self-return.
I’m deeply passionate about helping other women see that too.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you, to hold the mirror
and to help you remember the woman beneath the noise,
the one who knows how to rise again.
