There is a woman living the life everyone turns to her to lead.

She is also the woman sitting at the kitchen table after a full day, deciding how to ask for more space. The practitioner preparing to share her work. The partner learning to receive care without immediately returning the favour.

Orygen gives your relationship with yourself a place in those moments. Through breath, reflection and lived practice, you explore what you notice, what matters to you and how you choose to respond.

You determine the pace, the depth and the meaning of your experience. That ownership carries into your relationships, your work and the life beyond them.

The Orygen Method™

Stability is the foundation. Expansion is the direction.

You are not training to keep people calm. You are learning how to create enough steadiness that something real can move, without the room becoming dependent on intensity to feel transformative.

Three pillars, built in this order, because the order is the method.

01

Stability

The ground

The nervous system has to find safety in the space, the facilitator and itself. You learn to set clear expectations, offer real choices and guide at a pace the body in front of you can actually meet, while staying attentive to the person rather than managing yourself.

Powerful facilitation is not created through intensity. It is created through steadiness.

02

Integration

What is carried home

Lasting change does not happen at the surface. You learn to support the transition out of an experience and help a participant consider what she carries into ordinary life, including follow-up, practical support and referral. The intensity of a session is never treated as proof that anything lasting has changed.

What happens afterwards belongs to professional facilitation too.

03

Capacity

What you can hold

The depth you can safely hold for others is the capacity you have built in yourself. You develop your ability to work with different responses, with group dynamics and with the responsibility of leading, until you recognise both your growing capability and the edges of your scope.

Leadership is not something you perform. It is something people feel in your presence.

The Transformation

What you will be able to do when a real person is in front of you.

Not how you will feel. Your professional confidence develops through practice and feedback.

01   Plan and explain a session clearly

What the practice involves, what it asks of a participant, and what she can expect.

02   Complete screening and establish informed consent

Intake, contraindications, and the conversation that happens before anybody lies down.

03   Guide the Orygen session structure

The full seven-phase arc, without rushing it or losing your own ground.

04   Respond to what a participant reports

Recognise when to adjust, when to simplify, when to pause, and when to refer.

05   Bring an experience to a considered close

The immediate return, integration, and the limits of what you can responsibly offer.

06   Use your own breath without a facilitator

The practice that belongs to you, on an ordinary Tuesday, with nobody else in the room.

07   Work within a defined scope, and say where it ends

Including when another professional is the right answer and yours is not.

Certification reflects the standard you have actually demonstrated, rather than the sessions you attended.

Meet your facilitator

I'm Elise Rose.

Founder of Orygen Breathwork™.
Creator of the Orygen Method™.
Author of The Woman After.

I care deeply about women owning their practice. Knowing how to work with their breath in the middle of their own lives.

I know what it takes to change the way you introduce yourself, and to step out of the roles that were prescribed to you.

My work sits at the intersection of breath, identity work and embodied self-leadership.

That language has taken time to arrive at. There have been decisions behind it that changed the shape of my days, my business and what I am available to create.

Read onClose

My genius is reading the body through breath and energy. I recognise what the breath is communicating beneath the spoken story, and I see the belief matrix, emotional charge and lived experience that have converged into the patterns shaping a woman's identity, choices, leadership and capacity to receive.

Fourteen years in education and leadership taught me what responsibility for people actually requires: careful observation, clear communication and considered decisions. Those years still shape the way I teach facilitation.

I spent a long time looking outside myself for the thing that would finally help me meet my own life. What changed it was finding a resource I could return to on my own, inside an ordinary day, without needing anybody else in the room.

The breath is the one instrument that moves with us through every moment. Nobody can breathe for me. At two in the morning, when everything familiar feels out of reach, it is still here, still responding, and it can change when I give it time and attention.

So I built the preparation that makes it possible for another woman to lead it. My body of work integrates transformational breathwork, energy medicine, sound therapy, nervous system practice, systemic and ancestral work, NLP mastery, spiritual coaching and shamanic meditation principles, held within one cohesive methodology.

I observe, reflect, facilitate and train. The woman in front of me determines the meaning of her experience and chooses what follows.

Every conversation with Orygen Breathwork is intended to leave you with more access to yourself than you had before it began.

The method becomes a resource. You remain the source.
