Having spent 14 years in leadership within the education sector, I’ve stood in rooms where the energy of stress was palpable, where overworked teams pushed through their day, disconnected from their own well-being. I’ve also seen how this stress ripples out—lower morale, diminished trust, and underlying complications that aren’t often spoken about but are deeply felt.

I’ve lived it myself—corporate burnout and exhaustion that left me depleted and questioning my purpose. On the other side of it, I’ve learned this: burnout is more than just tiredness. It’s a disconnection from ourselves, and it seeps into everything we do, shaping the energy we carry into our teams, classrooms, and workplaces.

Now, my mission is clear: to transform these spaces into calmer, more connected, and empowered environments—from management to entry-level team members.
