A morning reset to reconnect to your body, soften your mind, and come together with a like-minded community.
Our next gathering takes place on Sunday, 10th August 2025, at the beautiful Maddock Park, Ewen Maddock Dam, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

One 2 Breathe Community Events offers a morning reset designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften your mind, and begin your week grounded in peace, intention, and community.
Whether you come alone, with your children, your partner, or a friend you are wholeheartedly welcome here.
What You Can Expect
We’ve created a nourishing morning experience that blends:
Guided breathwork, offering a soul-deep reset for your nervous system
Meditation and stillness, so you can pause, ground, and realign
Gentle movement, to release tension and awaken your body
Sound healing, to restore balance and add depth to your breathwork journey
Authentic connection, surrounded by like-minded humans who value real presence and heart-led community
For the Children
Should you wish to bring your children along...
While the adults immerse in breathwork, meditation, and movement, your children will be lovingly guided through a separate yoga and mindfulness session.
This space is held by a passionate, highly experienced facilitator who specialises in working with children, so you can rest and reset, knowing they’re doing the same.
Children are also welcome to stay by your side, if they prefer. This is a judgement free, all inclusive space to land however that may arrive for you and your family on the day.

Who This Is For
This experience is open to everyone.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, solo soul, beginner, partner, friend, or seasoned breather, you're invited.
You don't need to have children to attend.
You don't need prior experience in breathwork or meditation.
All you need is a willingness to slow down and be present with yourself.

Breathwork can initiate physiological responses. If you are pregnant, managing a serious medical condition, or taking medication for heart or mental health concerns, we recommend speaking with your health professional before participating.
Children are welcome and lovingly supported within the dedicated children’s space only.
We meet rain, hail or shine
Unless the weather is unsafe, our gatherings will always go ahead.
If something unexpected comes up and you can’t make it, your booking can be transferred to a future session.
