Meditation and stillness, so you can pause, ground, and realign
Gentle movement, to release tension and awaken your body
Optional ice baths, for those ready to boost their mood and challenge their edges
Authentic connection, surrounded by like-minded humans who value real presence and heart-led community

Clear in your mind
You’ll walk away with mental clarity, that precious feeling of space in your head where overthinking softens, mental fog lifts, and scattered thoughts begin to settle. Who This Is For
This experience is open to everyone.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, solo soul, beginner, partner, friend, or seasoned breather, you're invited.
You don't need to have children to attend.
You don't need prior experience in breathwork or meditation.
All you need is a willingness to slow down and be present with yourself.
