I created Hold the Moment because I couldn’t find what I needed when I needed it most.

My son came into the world carrying the imprints of trauma, in utero, through birth, through the silent tension of separation, and the fragile beauty of rebuilding. I watched him feel everything. I watched my own nervous system unravel beside his.

There were nights I curled up on the floor outside his room, unsure how to hold both of our hearts. Mornings I faced the day feeling like I had already failed. And yet, there was always a whisper: there has to be a way through this... softer, steadier, kinder.

So I started there. With breath. With presence. With moments I could hold.

Hold the Moment began in my living room. As a mama, not a coach. As a woman trying to figure out how to stay present with my son without disappearing inside myself.

I’ve spent over 14+ years working in early childhood education, leading teams, managing services, mentoring educators, and holding space for families in their hardest seasons. I’ve stood beside parents navigating diagnosis, separation, emotional outbursts, and the weight of wanting to get it “right.”

I now bring that same care, experience, and embodied practice into this work, combining trauma-informed somatics, breath, energetics, sound, and years of family support into something simple: tools that meet you in the moment. Tools that feel like a lifeline, not another task.

This work is born from my heart and my home. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about learning to stay. To breathe. To reconnect.
